18th Century Softly carved in low relief with a standing figure of the stellar immortal dressed in voluminous robes and holding a ruyi scepter in his right hand and stroking his long beard with the other, a deer sits at his feet to one side and his youthful attendant clutching a large peach stands to the other, the stone with a few minor russet areas, the base later inset with an engraved Qianlong nian zhi spinach-green jade plaque. 3 7/8in (9.8cm) high
