A Chinese hulu vase with ruyi wand handles dating from the 19th century. The vase is underglazed blue with iron red, green, and gold accents, and it has a 4-character mark on its base. The vase depicts a bat and a shou medallion with a pair of dragons. It has a Greek key border around its base and a pomegranate band around its mouth. Dimensions are: 7 5/8 inches tall X 4 3/4 inches wide, 19.4 cm X 12.1 cm. All measurements are approximate. High resolution images can be found here Condition: One ruyi head has a chip.
