A GROUP OF FOUR CELADON AND WHITE JADE FIGURAL PLAQUES, ATTRIBUTED TO THE LATE QING DYNASTY (1644-1912), comprising four rectangular plaques, one of near white to pale green with scrolling qilong dragons above a celestial scene of a sage and young boy on clouds, verso a poem and possibly signed "Zigang," height: 2 1/4", width: 1 1/2"; a second example of near white having a lovely fatty interior texture is carved with a repeating dual character "lucky/auspicious" symbol over a garden scene with scholar and student within a structure, verso a four character seal mark, height: 2 1/4", width: 1 3/8"; the third example a pale green plaque with a bird descending over pomegranate fruits, verso a cartouche of three calligraphy scholars at work, height: 2 1/4", width: 1 5/8"; the final example with dragons in pursuit of a pearl of wisdom crests over a cartouche with a sage and boy attendant in a garden with rock, verso a four character mark, height: 2", width: 1 1/2".
