穆仲芹(1906-1990)天津人，1925年在画像馆当学徒，画人物肖像。曾从师于韩瑞田先生，1928年后曾在永源地毯洋行画地毯图案，在南市大舞台从事舞台美术设计。1937年起居家作画并画商业广告谋生，1948年后在天津广告公司任职画广告。代表作品有《荷花》、《翠鸟》、《葡萄》、《藤萝花》、《八哥茶花》、《孔雀玉兰》等。
