Archaistic incense burner, China, probably 17th century, bronze. Rectangular shape on 4 feet with masks. The side walls with dragon relief and meander, on the opposite side with 4 characters in front of waves. The lid with half-erect fo lion with openwork ball. Both handles with break off. The underside with longer text relief and co-cast mark. Slightly rubbed & bumped, underside of lid soldered in places, h. 33 cm.
