The Buddha is seated on a double lotus flower on an oval plinth with ornamental relief in the center front. The Buddha is gesturing the bhumispharsa mudra, calling the earth to witness. He is dressed in an elaborate robe with decorative brim over a long undergarment fastened at the waist with an ornamental band and bow. The face is round and fleshy with two necklines, the eyes are downcast, the lips and nose are small, the earlobes slightly elongated. The head and relatively small ushnisha are covered in tiny curls. The Buddha bronze is hollow.
