This depiction with four heads and twelve arms in wide stance with left leg bent is called "Citta Hevajra", further standing on a lotus base with beaded rim, each foot trampling on a corpse. With two hands he is holding his consort in a tight embrace, with another hand he is holding a khatvanga staff, the rest of the arms are fanning out to the sides holding attributes like a lotus flower, vajra and others. A large garland is drooping from his waist. The right leg is wrapped around Hevajras waist. Her body is naked but decorated with ornamental patterns, her right arm is lifted to the sky. A fiery aureole surrounds them.
