This depiction with four heads and twelve arms in wide stance with left leg bent is called "Citta Hevajra", further standing on a lotus base with beaded rim, each foot trampling on a corpse. With two hands he is holding his consort in a tight embrace, with another hand he is holding a khatvanga staff, the rest of the arms are fanning out to the sides holding attributes like a lotus flower, vajra and others.
