款识：「大清雍正年制」青花六字三行篆书款 瓶直口,颈部饰有双贯耳与凹下的二道弦纹,弧腹,腹部有四条由上而下的出筋,外撇式圈足,足墙有两个对称的长方形方孔。通体釉质匀净光亮,口沿及四条出筋因高温烧造,釉层垂流及釉层较薄,色泽较浅,而弦纹处因釉汁堆积,色泽较深。参阅：铁源主编，《江西藏瓷全集.清代（上）》，江西：朝华出版社，2007年，页页172：冬青釉穿带贯耳扁瓶。
