Around the heart is a modernist retro design with 3 square sapphires surrounded by 0.3 carats in round cut white diamonds. Above the heart are 6 baguette diamonds measuring approx 0.10 carats each and the pendant is finished with 2 ruby cabochons giving it the perfect retro colorful look.
