HIRADO PORCELAIN BOX
Japan, Meiji Period
Circular and wide, it opens to a removable domed lid whose plastic fretel imitates a pine cone. It is decorated with cobalt blue on the outside. Are depicted little boys / karako playing in a landscape planted with pine trees (cracks, restorations).
H : 26 cm - D : 20 cm
Note: We note the originality of the decoration where some little boys try to capture dragonflies with sticks.
