说明：大随求佛母，乃观音菩萨之变身，密号与愿金刚。又称为“随求大明王”，是著名长咒《普遍光明焰鬘清净炽盛如意宝印心无能胜大明王大随求陀罗尼》的本尊，此法门为唐密极重要的大法，功德十分浩大，赞不能尽；此咒等同于佛，威德力量罕见，主要体现在灭罪、成佛、满愿、除灾、退敌等方面。书写咒语戴在身上，能够得到一切如来的神力加持，一切菩萨同心守护，一切圣众随逐加持，一切天、仙、善神、龙王、金刚、鬼神皆来护持，自身则成金刚坚固之身、等同佛身、等同一切如来藏身、成就如来炽盛光明身、是如来眼、是不坏甲胄、退一切怨敌、烧一切罪障、净地狱道。此菩萨常随众生之愿求而施予，故称大随求。大随求”就是“一切所求都如愿”的意思。
