椅身修饰灵芝纹相连，曲线灵动富于变化。靠部背板带中心嵌大理石，石的外圈灵芝纺环绕，极富装饰意味，具有强烈的艺术性。材质为榉木，纹理清晰，木材质地均匀；色调赤黄，其色泽不亚于黄花梨。 椅背与扶手线条优美曲折，富于魅力；方形四足及托泥连接，整体造型舒展流畅，稳重大方；其造型对称，简约精致，如行云流水般，一气而成。而各处结构工艺考究，榫铆严密，加之有一圈雕饰点睛，极赋艺术价值。
