I, Konchok Tsultrim, [along with my] father, mother, children, and relatives prostrate to and take refuge in the Dharma master Tsultrim Pelzang. We pray to be accepted [as disciples] out of [his] great kindness. May all sentient beings, starting with my parents, quickly attain Buddhahood. Maṅgalaṃ.'
