钤印：王氏禹卿、柿叶山房 藏印：世异长寿、一字德启、苍茫斋收藏金石书画、念圣楼书画记、念圣楼收藏书画记 题识：己酉花朝前二日，焦山自然庵看梅信宿山中，梦楼老人王文治。题签：王梦楼行书卷。苍茫斋记。 注：1.丁念先旧藏，念圣楼第178号藏品。2.高士异题签条。说明：此卷经高士异，丁念先递藏。王文治（1730-1802），字禹卿，号梦楼。江苏丹徒人。乾隆二十五年探花。官至云南临安知府。十二岁便吟诗作书，诗有唐人风范，书学米、董、后法二王，得力李北海。高世异（晚清），字尚同，一字德启，号念陶，斋名苍茫斋。四川成都人。曾官至阜城知县。家藏图书甚富，收藏以明刻本为多。
