印文：潘龄皋印（白）、锡九（朱） 款识：雪浪斋日记，已丑仲春书，为孟清前辈大人雅教正，潘龄皋于静观自得斋。 作者简介：潘龄皋，字锡九，号莺城居士，河北安新人。清光绪21年进士，授翰林院编修。后在甘肃历官知县、知州、知府。辛亥革命后，曾任甘肃省省长，后辞官归里隐居。工书法，以行书见长，书风平正清雅。其书与谭延闿齐名，有“南谭北潘”之说。
