段泥胎质，包浆厚实。形体高耸，身筒如柱，上挺下敛，圆肩，兽头饰双耳，比例对称，圈足略深，器身线刻花卉，花朵绽放，另一面刻"愿作金屋贮之"署款潜陶。潜陶，邵宏俊，号潜陶，清末民初陶刻高手，宜兴潜洛人。邵宏俊出身贫寒，15岁师从紫砂名师陈伯亭，学习陶刻，他刻苦勤奋虚心好学，艺成后，为紫砂实业家赵松亭陶刻仿古器。
