款识：“大明万历年制”楷书款 本品为倭角四方形，盖面四角绘折枝灵芝纹，中心圆形开光内绘龙纹，蛟龙双目炯炯，龙须飘动，四肢伸展，健硕有力，意气风发；四周绘凤凰纹，凤凰细目弯颈，翎羽丰满，长尾华丽飘逸。其青花采用回青料绘制，发色幽静明亮，纹饰描绘笔法率性洒脱，布局疏密有致，胎体厚重坚致，釉汁厚润白中泛淡青，纹饰均以极为简约之笔涂绘而成，朴拙中颇见写意之妙。外底白釉青花书“大明万历年制”六字双行楷书款，笔法遒劲。日本东京国立博物馆藏有一件类似的龙纹盖盒，尺寸略大，著录于1980年出版的《东方陶瓷》第1卷—东京国立博物馆藏瓷，图版号123。口沿有修
