此件剔红捧盒漆层厚实，漆色浓艳鲜红。平顶盖面，弧壁，盖身子母口扣合，圈足。盒内部及足内均髹黑漆。外部剔红雕刻造型独特，弧壁又有如意纹加以点缀，雕刻技艺精湛，底部黑漆。 来源：2012年购于加拿大，加拿大已故著名艺术学者、高端艺术品经销商Pao先生旧藏
