[盖款]水平 紫砂器制作自古有一方顶十圆，指的是方器（方壶）制作工艺难度都比一般圆器（圆壶）来得复杂得多。此六方壶集光货与筋器特点于一体，对制作者的技艺要求很高。从壶钮、壶盖、壶嘴到壶身，都呈六边形，从壶钮到壶身，每个角都要对应，这样从上往下看每个角都在一条线上，不仅如此，对壶盖的要求也很高，要求不论从哪个方向盖上壶盖，它的每个角都能够与壶肩、壶身对应，壶流亦成多边形，壶把带方，这样一来，整器显得和谐得体。盖内钤“水平”二字，红棕色泥质细腻，式度严谨。简约中呈现了敦厚、浑朴的意境。
