空行母头戴骷髅冠，飘带环于脑后，五官端庄秀美，面生三目，嘴角翘起，流露盈盈笑意。全身佩挂璎珞钏环等饰物，四臂呈不同姿势，扭动纤腰，呈左展姿而立，践踏邪鬼，姿态轻盈生动。下承束腰式莲台，上部饰硕大联珠纹一周，下部为规整饱满的覆莲瓣。鎏金纯厚亮泽，灵动洒脱，具有较高的审美价值。 铜空行母像为十五世纪西藏风格造像。空行母亦称为明妃、佛母或天母。在藏传佛教中表智慧与力量，可飞翔于天界和人界的女神，为护法神和行者之伴侣。被认为只要诚心供奉空行母，按其修法专心修行，就会达到空行母的空行世界。
