「德化」葫芦形、「何朝宗印」四字双行篆书款来源：伦敦邦瀚斯铁拐李仰面朝上，须发昂扬，自然飘逸；左手拄杖，右手半握酒壶，袒胸露背，自在盘坐于仙云之上，身上骨架、皮肤、筋脉无一不刻画精细，栩栩如生，在结合东方飘逸写意的雕塑理念的同时也同时受到西方写实雕塑观念的影响。釉色乳白带有淡淡的肉色，包浆自然，温润如玉，时代特征鲜明，是一件不可多得的德化瓷塑佳器。
