罐大小适中，圆口，束颈，丰肩，弧收腹，胫部外侈，平底露胎。形制规整，线条优美，为典型的康熙朝作品。用青花五彩装饰罐体外壁，主题纹饰为翩翩少年，头戴花冠，右侧立有一仕女，应为嫦娥，手持桂枝，其上有青花题诗“时人莫讶登科早，自是嫦娥爱少年。”比喻年轻漂亮的姑娘爱英俊潇洒的小伙子。全诗为“五百人中第一仙。等闲平步上青天。绿袍乍著君恩重，黄榜初开御墨鲜。龙作马，玉为鞭。花如罗绮柳如绵。时人莫讶登科早，自是嫦娥爱少年。”
