来源：伦敦邦瀚斯，lot26乾隆时期所产玉器设计精巧，工艺细致，用料考究，乾隆爱玉、赏玉、藏玉，是历史上任何一个皇帝都无法比拟的，仅故宫藏玉就达数万件之多。此双鱼摆件白玉圆雕雕制，玉质致密润白，用料珍稀，玉色光华晶透。鲶鱼悠然嬉戏，鱼的造型灵动传神，圆眼阔嘴，身体线条流畅，造型巧妙，鱼身侧浮雕莲花荷叶，叶边卷翘，叶筋脉络隐约可见，立体感极强，艺匠将其雕琢得十分逼真，构思新颖，独到精韵，扭身摆尾，浑身充满劲道，展现鱼自水中跳跃而出的自然生机，画面充溢着一种灵动的情趣。鲶“鱼”谐“余”，寓有“年年有余”、“如鱼得水”之美意。
