蒜头形瓶口，细颈修长，器腹饱满，造型秀雅，稳重美观。通身施窑变釉，色泽变幻丰富，釉水流淌自然。该类器形是乾隆时期窑变釉的典型作品之一。窑变釉是清雍正时期在仿钧釉的同时新创烧的品种，由于釉面的色调仍与钧釉相近，故也被认为是清代仿钧釉的一种。
