東漢 青玉虎鎮|The celadon jade carved ornament depicts a mythical tiger lying recumbent on the ground, body curled and head turned back, the jade is of celadon color tone with russet and mottled interior.|Eastern Han Dynasty period.||Length: 2 3/4 in (7.0 cm)|席鎮早在戰國時期已通行，多採用比較重的材料，如金屬、玉石等，其中以青銅鎮最常見。為了避免牽羈衣物，鎮體的基本造型往往接近於一個扁圓的半球形，且多數鎮被做成動物形，常見的有虎、豹、辟邪、羊、鹿、熊、龜、蛇等。此件青玉虎鎮蜷縮一團，刻畫細緻，造型準確。實為難得。
