Of rectangular form, the panel finely enamelled with dragon leaping above turbulent waves enclosed in an oval cartouche, surrounded by auspicious bats reserved on black enamel ground, the reverse richly gilted. Height: 5/8 in (1.5 cm) Length: 4 3/8 in (11.0 cm) Width: 2 7/8 in (7.5 cm) 此紙鎮以銅為材，呈扁方形，正面掐絲鎏金填琺瑯釉，以黑色為底，間填紅、藍、黃、綠等色繪蝙蝠紋，中間橢圓形開光內繪海水立龍紋飾，龍紋氣勢磅礴，遒勁有力。整體佈局疏密有致，工藝精湛，器型周正，側面刻“大清乾隆年制”款，時代特徵明顯，收藏佳器。
