手镜镜身圆形，双鱼手柄，镜身以铜包框，正面为玻璃镜。背面为铜烧蓝工艺，中间嵌清代镂雕春水玉瓦子，银烧蓝以粉色莲荷纹为主图案，色彩鲜艳，晶莹透明，装饰效果极佳。手柄为铜烧蓝双鱼造型，雕琢精湛。手柄与镜身相连处两侧饰绶带磬，起装饰和固定作用。此件作品多为皇家或官宦家庭生活用具，具有很高的经济价值和收藏价值。本品较之常见嵌玉手镜更为精致，以铜烧蓝工艺见长，且保存状态较为完好，殊为难得。
