此尊头戴五叶宝冠，双眉紧簇，二目圆睁，凝神而视，神情不怒自威，身着铠甲，足蹬战靴，左手持吐宝鼠，右手置于胸前，作威震三界姿态，侧骑狮子之上。狮子作回首怒吼状，与天王相呼应。下承单层覆莲台座，莲瓣饱满挺立。天王铠甲精美异常，锁子甲錾刻精细挺拔。整尊造像工艺精湛，铜胎厚重，金水璀璨。 财宝天王为四大天王之一、帝释天之外臣，职掌散发人间财富，以求净化天人成就大光明境地。，在藏地被视为战神，又能赐予众生以福慧和利益。其来源于印度教财神库贝罗（Kubera 或 Kuvera）。在佛教中，他因为身兼二职，所以就有了不同的身份和名字。作为方位神即北方的守护神，守护宇宙中心须弥山时，他被称为毗沙门天。作为财神时，他被称为财宝天王或库贝罗。 此尊财宝天王制作精细异常，具有典型的乾隆宫廷造像特征。
