款识：半肎山人。||钤印：简朝亮（白）凤居（朱）|简介：简朝亮（1851-1933）字季纪，号竹居。清末民初广东著名学者和教育家，廪生出身。北滘简岸人，是岭南学派朱次琦的传人。1875年求学于广东名儒朱九江。研习经史、性理、词章之学，是近世有名的鸿儒，但高尚不仕，潜心讲学著述。||释文：天开朗月千年镜，日照名花五色云。
