款识：张奇同志属正，丁巳春，瘦石。||钤印：瘦石（白）爱其神骏（朱）|简介：尹瘦石（1919-1998）江苏宜兴人，著名书画艺术家。深得郭沫若、徐悲鸿等文化巨擘的赞赏。曾与柳亚子举办《柳诗尹画联展》。所画奔马，神态生动，气象万千。书法早年涉猎多家，工于小楷，行草书尤所擅长。结体深稳，气势宏伟，流畅温润，遒峻内蕴，诚为难得之一家。曾任中国美协内蒙古分会主席、北京画院副院长、中国文联副主席等。
