款识：仲铭曹鸿勋并识。||钤印：曹鸿勋印（白）仲铭（朱）御赐康安（朱）|简介：曹鸿勋（1846-1910）字仲铭，又字竹铭，号兰生，潍县（今山东潍坊）城里人。光绪二年（1876）状元，授翰林院修撰。历任湖南副考官、湖南学政、陕西正考官、江南副考官、贵州按察使、布政使兼署贵州巡抚、湖南布政使、陕西巡抚。工书法，其书初学欧阳询，后及颜真卿，老益浑朴。书法用笔运锋速捷，潇洒爽畅，结体流美，错落有致，精当妙佳。莱阳王垿乃其入室弟子。
