款识：“大明嘉靖年制”六字双行楷书款小唇口，短颈，丰肩，敛腹。主体纹饰为青花绘折枝三多果纹，辅以折枝果纹，写生淡雅，花实饱满，枝叶茂密。肩足分别画俯莲及仰叶纹。画意工细，装饰效果极佳。其花发色沉着，局部仿永宣青花沉淀效果，古朴典雅。瓶外壁主题纹饰为青花折枝花果纹，寓意“福寿三多”，三多果分别为蟠桃、佛手和石榴，“三多”意谓“多子、多福、多寿。
