款识：“大清道光年制”六字双行楷书款。 天蓝釉是康熙年间景德镇创烧的一种高温颜色釉，烧成呈色似雨后晴空般明润淡雅，故名。器型仿良渚文化玉琮而制，故名琮式瓶。器腹两侧对饰象耳，有太平有象之吉祥寓意，清宫当时称其为“四方象耳瓶”。此瓶呈玉琮式，唇口，短直颈，方直腹，下承圈足，口与足径相若，胎骨细白沉实。通体满施高温天蓝釉，温润如玉，明媚如洗，匀净光洁，幽雅动人。参阅：《上海博物馆藏品研究大系-清代雍正—宣统官窑瓷器》，上海人民出版社，2014年，页251，图4-7。
