拍品盘口，口至足呈四瓣海棠花形，以瓶身四瓣瓜楞相连，束颈，溜肩，鼓腹，圈足外撇，器形规整。釉质肥糯细润，釉色黄中带青，整体釉面温润而爽目。此瓶典雅隽秀的器型与润泽瑰丽的色釉完美地结合，达到“合于天造，厌于人意”的道教艺术境界。整器古韵盎然，清逸玉立，静穆釉色与雅致造型相配得宜，给人以宁静之感。 茶叶末釉是我国古代铁结晶釉中重要的品种之一，属高温黄釉，釉面呈失透状，釉色黄绿参杂似茶叶细末。古人赞誉“茶叶末，黄杂绿色，娇娆而不俗，艳于茶，美于玉，最美目。”
