Carved with a nude male figure, likely a god, standing leaning on a column to his left, holding a staff in his right hand, set in a later gold ring, intaglio 1.2cm long, ring size O, weight 5.5g.注脚Provenance:
Mr J. N. & Mrs J. E. Didcock collection, UK; and thence by descent to the present owner.
The god depicted is likely Apollo, Dionysus or Mercury, who are all found in similar poses.
