黄新波(1916-1980)，原名黄裕祥，笔名一工，广东台山人。 1933年赴上海，参加中国左翼作家联盟、中国左翼美术家联盟，并与刘岘组织未名木刻社，在鲁迅先生指导下从事新兴木刻运动。1936年发起成立上海木刻工作者协会，并参与举办第二届全国木刻流动展览。1938年参加在武汉成立的中华全国木刻界抗敌协会，当选为理事，1939年转移到桂林，为该会主持人之一。
