款識：
二十五年前張亦東君雅愛此品，因而購之，今又轉送門人謝聯珍小姐。雖然用筆異於今日，然作品有早晚年之分，此幀仍為中國藝術傳統，因題之。時在辛丑（1961）初夏，梁伯譽並識於九龍。

題識：
此幀為伯譽先生二十五年前舊作，檢奉聯珍三嫂留念，張亦東。
