此件盘撇口，折沿，弧腹，圈足，砂底。器身以青花绘制纹饰，胎质细腻洁白，釉汁莹润亮青，口沿绘一周杂宝纹，外壁饰折枝花卉纹，盘心主题纹饰为折枝葡萄图，所绘葡萄，藤蔓绵绵，硕果累累，布局疏朗而饱满。纹饰写实传神，充分借鉴国画的笔墨意韵，得其法度，勾、勒、点、染诸法，运用皆宜。线条粗细并用，从而令画面富具苍翠欲滴的意趣，透出凝重雄浑之美。
