罐唇口、短颈、丰肩、鼓腹至下渐收，圈足。釉质凝厚肥润，白中闪青，通体以青花绘制百子图，胎体细腻坚实，修胎严整规矩，器形丰满端庄。百子的典故最早出于《诗经》，是歌颂周文王子孙众多的。画面常用谐音谐意，寓意多福多寿，多子多孙，子孙昌盛，万代延续。这也是时人对多子多福美好愿望的一种体现。
