盘圆口，弧腹，圈足。盘内外皆施蓝色珐琅釉为地，盘心开光以白色珐琅釉为地，饰花卉纹，盘内壁寰宇一圈云纹团花，盘外壁饰冰梅纹，枝干与梅花以白色珐琅釉上色，似盖上皑皑白雪，一幅大雪纷飞过后的景象，有的梅花上黄色釉，其上的白雪已经消融，纹饰精美，做工精湛。此盘是清代早期具有代表性的器物。
