本尊螺髪，面容和緩，嘴泛淺笑。呈金剛跏趺坐，右手持觸地印，覆於右膝，為描繪佛陀降伏魔眾的經典姿態。從工藝特徵來看，本尊的比例精確，應該是尼泊爾或西藏工匠所作，然就其衣飾、漆金的風格而言，本尊可能是來自緬甸（蒲甘王國）功德主的委託，並長時間曾在當地供奉。作為緬甸與西藏/尼泊爾的文化交融之作，本尊的收藏價值不言而喻。
