A Chinese agate inside-painted snuff bottle by Ding Hong. The snuff bottle has a carving of guardian lions with engaged rings on the sides. The face of the bottle shows 3 children playing, while the other side shows 2 men in a boat beneath flowers. It has a coral and turquoise stopper with spoon. Dimensions are: 3 in tall X 2 in wide, 7.6 cm tall X 5.1 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: It is in good condition. Provenance: From Mr. Kung in Vancouver, Canada, inherited from his father, who acquired this item in Hong Kong and had it shipped to Canada before the 1970s.
