A Chinese wucai gu vase dating from the 19th century. The vase features a band of quatrefoil dragons, lotus tracery, birds, and flowering branches. There is a 6-character mark on the bottom. Dimensions are: 16 inches tall X 8 5/8 inches wide; 40.6 cm tall X 21.9 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: It is in good condition. Provenance: From Mrs. Pitts in Southern Virginia, by descent; acquired in China around 1922.
