A pair of Chinese blue glazed general jars with lids and dating from the Republic period. Both jars are etched with lotus tracery around the body and a ruyi border at the top and bottom. The lids feature vine tracery. Dimensions are: 14 1/2 inches tall X 8 inches wide; 36.8 cm tall X 20.3 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: One jar has a repair at the rim. Provenance: From a private collection in California.
