A Chinese chicken bone jade ruyi wand dating from the 18th century. The head features a bi disc surrounded by stylized chilong, ruyi tracery, and a bat; the handle features a grain pattern, carved discs, cords and ruyi. Dimensions are: 15 inches tall X 3 3/4 inches wide; 38.1 cm tall X 9.5 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is a 1 inch long crack in the head of the wand.
