Li Fangying (1696–1755) was a Qing Chinese painter from Jiangsu. He served as a county magistrate for 20 years. Li Fangying was a literati painter and one of the Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou (Yangzhou Baguai). Together with Wang Shishen, he specialised in pictures of plum blossom, pine trees, bamboo, epidendrums and chrysanthemums, which he painted in a deliberately awkward manner, with clumsy brushstrokes and frequently lopsided compositions.
