Carved bone figure of Christ suspended on a wooden cross with carved and incised decoration, including INRI ('Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iudaeorum' meaning 'Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews') to top. Overall - 11 1/2" H x 5 1/2" W x 4" D base. Probably Continental, figure likely 18th century, cross appears to be 19th century.
