此碗式样端庄大方，线条婉转优美，胎骨坚致精良，釉面泛现橘皮纹，色呈亮青感，厚润自然，外壁绘以缠枝番莲、莲花六朵交相装饰，内壁则对称绘画六组折枝莲纹，碗心为折枝牡丹疏朗清新，近圈足处绘饰繁密而规矩的菊瓣纹，与疏朗的主题纹饰相对比，益见布局疏密相映之妙。其纹饰绘画颇见美术功底，底书“大清光绪年制”六字二行楷书款。
