Chinese Qing Dynasty Period, Kangxi famille jaune monochrome bell vase. The porcelain potted in bell shape vase, globular lower body, narrow to the foot base, slight ovoid, tapered gracefully toward straight tall neck, raised on flat circle splayed foot base. All reserved hand painted ornamentations are rendered in famille jaune underglaze base color which contrast against the cobalt blue fine color. Famille Jaune meaning the "yellow family".
