First German edition Frontispiece title, portrait, large view folded (slightly cut to length), 24 non-text fi gures (including 19 double-page or folded), a map and 43 fi gures in the text at mid-page, all engraved on copper.
Small gap filled at the foot of the frontispiece and title ff. A fi gure with a sanguine drawing; a f. torn without lack with damage to the fi gures. A few underlined passages; rare annotations on the back of some fi gures.
